Our manufacturing line consists of electro-hydraulic motor grabs, mechanical motor grabs, hydraulic lifting machines, a range of other types of specialized lifting devices and single rope radio control grabs.

Up to date, Peiner has supplied over 75,000 models throughout the globe. Our unique grabs handle a range of materials from cement, iron ores, coke, fertilizers, refuse and scrap, amongst a variety of other things. Our years of experience in manufacturing excellent products and the overall designing process helps to enable our client's receive the proven technology their various applications require.

SMAG/Peiner has been represented by Peiner USA, Inc. for more than 12 years in the US market place. Various businesses like for instance Steel Mills, Waste to Energy, Scrap Handling, Bulk Transfer Facilities as well as numerous other material handling facilities are currently utilizing our grabs and buckets to get their jobs done.

The design philosophy at Peiner has always revolved around delivering grabs that handle the largest volume of material versus grab dead weight. The standard handling ratio for Peiner buckets and grabs is roughly 60/40, meaning material dead weight of 60 percent vs. grab dead weight of 40 percent. This means transporting more quantities of supplies quicker. There is less wear and tear on the crane structure and its related components. Through a combination of innovative design and high quality materials with manufacturing, the weight ration that is desired is attained.

Grab sizes would range from 1 cubic yard or less to over 50 cubic yards in order to meet the needs of the customer. What's more, Peiner USA Inc. offers a complete service facility and spare parts facility for the models purchased within the United States, along with the addition of brand new buckets and grabs.
