Case grew their construction machine company through various acquisitions, beginning with the American Tractor Corporation in 1957. Case merged with the corporation New Holland during 1999 and together they became CNH Global. This corporation became responsible for advertising some of the globe's leading brands of agricultural and construction machinery.
